[Bug]: Kanban Plugin Reminder Format does not detect "h:mm A"-style dates.

Describe the bug

Reminders does not detect Kanban 12-hour (AM/PM) Time.

Expected Behavior

Setting a time in 12-hour in Kanban should be detected by Reminders.

Steps to reproduce

With the Enable Kanban Plugin Format toggle set to on, and all other reminder formats set to off, entering in a date, or when using the "Add a Time" button within a Kanban board offers auto-suggests with the 12-hour time format.

The settings for Reminders mentions the date-format being 24-hour, which is also valid in Kanban. However, it seems that Kanban now by default uses 12-hour time which Reminders does not detect; therefore it will set the reminder time incorrectly to anything before noon, because it ignores the AM/PM notation.

I can thankfully manually set the Kanban time to 24-hour as well, both Kanban and Reminders support this format correctly, so I can for now mitigate the issue.

On a sidenote, might I also suggest when using 12-hour format for Kanban, also have Reminders display in 12-hour at the same time?
