You may have to make the request to Obsidian itself. As far as I read the [Electron's doc](https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/api/notification), there is no such settings.
If you don't restart Obsidian after changing the settings of the kanban plugin, the reminder plugin may not be able to recognize the settings. Anyway, I'm glad to hear that...
