Using MAC But Key commands won't pick up

when choosing the key commands for 0 to disable it doesn't work or any of the options how do I fix?

I dont have a MAC but if the key command doesn't binds normal hotkeys, it will also not pick up filters hotkeys. It would be nice if you provide a log. Also try running it with admin priviliges to see if it fixes the problem.
