Project scaffolding feature

• Create a new project: peco init [optional folder name]
• Create a new post: peco new post [optional name]
• Create a new page: peco new page [optional name]
• Eject default theme: peco theme eject
• Serve a generated website: peco serve (this command is optional)

[imsus]

• Create new component: peco new component [option] name

This will create a reusable vue component inside markdown. Kinda like shortcode in wordpress.
