autostart does not work

As you can see from the screenshot, it is enabled, but I see it as grey with the word "OFF" and I need to manually change it as ON. I have chromium-73.0.3683.75 on linux x86_64 Screenshot_20190401_093028

No, I don't

Just FTR, I noticed that sometimes the extension is ON and sometimes is OFF
