Allow caching for intranet URLs

We would like to modify the behaviour of CCK to allow an intranet site to have it's contents cached, ie exclude certain URLs from being cached while killing the cache for all other sites if the app is on. Please let me know if there's any modifications to the JSON file that we can add to configure this?
