[Feature request] Support multiple accounts

This application does a great jobs to use Discord with so much simplicity in low-end devices, which I have recommended it to my friends.

But currently, you need to copy and paste token when want to switch to another account. The project still has many areas to improve but if we are able to manage multiple accounts, it'd be greater.

If you need any help or integration code from other projects, I'm ready to help.
