[Feature request] Push to talk support

I'd love to switch away from the default client, but my most important use case is using push to talk in voice channels which doesn't seem to be supported yet.

this is definitely up there in terms of priority. still trying to figure out the right way to go about it since im condemned to writing platform-specific code here, but i hope i can get to it soon

Does GTK not have a platform independent way to subscribe to key press events?

it does but only if the window has focus which isnt very convenient for push to talk
