Switch to Free Pascal complier and Free Vision framework

Currently dn2l uses Turbo Vision fork based on Borland's code. It's license status is uncertain, so we should switch to Free Vision of Free Pascal. This work is being done in separate branch currently: https://github.com/unxed/dn2l/tree/fp_experiments
