Saving an EHB image fails

I imported an Amiga "Extra Half Brite" (EHB) mode image using the current master branch version of the plugin.

It looks like the loading of the image already goes awry, with 128 palette entries being allocated (it should be 64, with the second 32 entries being half the brightness of the first 32).

The image itself looks fine though

"Export As.." (or "Overwite myfile.iff") to save the image back as IFF results in a corrupted file (with length 508 bytes).
