The text editing context menu does not display properly

Description

When the cell is in edit mode, the text edit menu generated by right-clicking only flashes

To Reproduce

  1. Double-click a cell to enter edit mode
  2. Right-click or use the "Apps" key to try to open the menu
  3. The program ended the edit state incorrectly, so the menu could not pop up properly
