CSV file loading issue

Description & To Reproduce

grid.Load("C:\mypath\data.csv", IO.FileFormat.CSV);

By default, ReoGrid will expand the size of worksheet in order to load and fill all data from a CSV. But it seems that after loading the CSV file, only 100 columns can be displayed.
