Vertical scrolling can scroll beyond the line where it exists. I would like to know how to solve this problem. Or if it is a bug, we want to fix it.

※I want to eliminate blank spaces like image1.

※Ideally, no blank space should appear when scrolling to the bottom, as in image2.

@jingwood Will this bug be fixed in the future? This bug also make weird scroll behavior while FreezeArea is set to Bottom. Any interim support or suggestions for alternative methods to mitigate this issue would be immensely appreciated.

p.s. this issue occur on WinForms V3.0.0
