SkiaSharp migration for multiplatform

It would be nice if you move the grid renderer to SkiaSharp so it would allow us to use the ReoGrid on almost every platform the skiasharp supports including Android, WPF. Additional is WinUI, Uno, MAUI, Avalonia, iOS, Mac, GTK (multiplatform), Tizen without having to rewrite the whole code on every platform every time
