Support Avalonia

Would be nice if you ReoGrid could support Avalonia for multi platform UI. I know MAUI is on it's way but it won't support Linux for a while and from what I can see it's primary goal is store App like apps not full desktop applications like Avalonia so it might be worth a look.

@jingwood From what I can see this should be possible and wouldn't require that much work since your engine seams really flexible already. And I feel like nice UI controls like this would contribute to Avalonia. I am willing to help as much as I can but honestly I can't say I am an expert in the Avalonia platform.
