Start out a new plugin documentation section for those who want to try out something a bit more advanced.

@Jdance-Media I think this would be a great section to have present especially with the general lack of information of RocketMod/LDM. Unfortunately it's not something that I expect to be able to work on due to time and knowledge constraints.

Are you able to work on this or know someone who would be willing to? I'd be able to help with writing document and working with the repo.

I'd be willing to work on some of it, RocketMod4 isn't really documented that much so it would be nice to just be able to link unturned.info to people who want to find out more about it.
