Content is not getting translated to hindi when changing the language

Describe the bug The content of the website is not getting translated into Hindi even when I try to change the language.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to zubhub website.
2. Click on 'language translator'
3. Observe the contents are not translated.

Expected behavior The translated content must change to Hindi when clicking on the translator button. But even for the content that is available for translation does not get translated.

@mehreeee #570 issue talks about the incomplete hindi translation but this issue refers to content which has translations already available not getting translated
