Does that mean the submission is accepted and you're requesting this to finalize merging?

The last request is a Catch 22. Either we set up a "decentralized" system to collect emails or we don't. I don't see how that's a reasonable offer unless you prefer removing it completely.

You should checkout 3Box they have plugin tools for decentralized Messaging and Storage that could possibly be used.

We are not currently planning on accepting this submission as part of the initial 10 for the bounty because it is too simple. Feel free to leave the pull request open if you would like to make updates or have it re-reviewed after the bounty
