Read Sub-Folders

Would love the ability for the program to have a toggle able ability to read sub-folders

As it stands now, it only reads the specified folder instead of any subfolders within the directory. I was asking for a toggle as sometimes you may only want to read that specific folder and none of the subfolders, however if this isn't doable - I'd greatly appreciate the subfolder reading regardless.
