Resistor for SWD

Hey, thanks for the resource. Just wanted somewhere to pen a heads up as this repo and other resources (I think including the OpenOCD config files?) describe putting a resistor on either D1 (this repo) or D2 (the linked info). When attempting this myself, I hadn't yet found this repo so only tried the latter, and found OpenOCD failed to connect, but did in-fact work with no resistors. Someone on another resource said that if the inbuilt tristating of the FT232H's pins does its job, a resistor shouldn't be necessary, so I just wanted to throw this out there.

That said, might be the case that said resistor does need to be on D1 as this repo suggests.
