Current behavior

When a user clicks on time to select a time, initially the digits in the time scroller does not appear.

Expected behavior

all the digits under the scroller should appear immediatly.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. Install gallery canary from TestFlight on iOS.
  2. Navigate to Menu -> UI Components -> TimePicker
  3. Under Fluent or Native click on Hour or Minute
  4. A time picker will appear
  5. Observe the content of timePicker.
