Remove `ContentPresenter` template workarounds related to bug #857

Current behavior

ContentPresenter now automatically binds to the TemplateParent's Content, ContentTempate and ContentTemplatePresenter if that TemplateParent is a ContentControl (More details at #857). There are plenty of workarounds that we added previously to deal with this. We should find and remove these
