[Regression] ItemsRepeater

Current behavior

Canary on Extensions is failing: https://dev.azure.com/uno-platform/Uno%20Platform/_TestManagement/Runs?runId=2787790&_a=resultQuery It would appear that when navigating back to a page with an ItemsRepeater on it, the first couple of items are no longer rendered

Expected behavior

All Items should appear
