[Windows] [FeedView] FeedView's templates always use default FontFamily on Windows

Current behavior

Windows:

The FontFamily for the page level FontIcon is Material (a custom font):

The FontFamily for the FeedView's template level FontIcon is the default, Segoe UI:

Expected behavior

Other platforms:

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

1. Add FeedView to page.
2. Set FeedView ItemTemplate/NoneTemplate with a template that has text/font icons from a custom FontFamily.
3. See how the FontFamily is not the correct one on Windows.
