[Hyper-V] Windows Hyper-V activation fails on Win11 Pro

the user has been prompted already, that he needs to restart his maschine, to apply this changes, so there is no need to ask him for fix accept again.

the reset of this before passed check came from the local fact that I was required to re-install my uefi, so the hyper-v settings will have been deleted. But even then it is totally enough to ask the user once not twice, if you should attempt to fix that. while uno-check runns he can not re-boot his maschine ;)
