[Android][Feature/Styles-Compat] Selecting Project tabs requires user to select tab twice

Repro Steps:

1. Build app from Feature/styles-compat branch
2. Launch app
3. Sign In
4. Select Organization
5. Select Project
6. Tap Sprint / Members
7. Notice that Sprint / Members section is blank and tab does not show pressed state
8. Tap Sprint / Members a second time
9. Notice that now information is displayed and pressed state appears

Current Results:

Expected Results: User should not have to select tab twice

Tested on a Samsung S10e on Android 10

Confirmed that this doesn't occur with UADO master (on Uno.UI 1.45). However I can repro with Uno.UI 2.3.2.

It seems then that this is a regression in Uno, but not associated with the styles-compat branch.
