[Android][Feature/Styles-Compat] About Us can be tapped multiple times and have multiple pages open

Repro Steps:

1. Build app from Feature/styles-compat branch
2. Launch app
3. Sign In
4. Tap "About Us Page" multiple times quickly
5. Notice that multiple About us pages open

Current Results:

Expected Results: User should not be able to tap About Us multiple times, or if user does tap multiple times only one page should open

Tested on a Samsung S10e on Android 10
