[WASM][Currency Converter] Time appears at the bottom is incorrect

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Visit WASM Calculator.
2. Open Currency converter.
3. Look at the bottom left corner and observe the time.

Actual behavior:

• It shows the wrong time.

Expected behavior:

• Time appears on the Currency converter page is same as the local time and it is mentioned in the unit. (for eg. UTC).

• Environment: Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge

When following repro steps in Edge (Version 88.0.705.50 (Official build) (64-bit)) using this: https://calculator.platform.uno/

I find that there is no Currency converter.

There is a Currency converter in the Windows 10 Calculator 10.2012.21.0 app.
