Back button in NavigationBar is white in WPF application

Current behavior

Create a new app using the Uno extensions template (unoapp-extensions from https://www.nuget.org/packages/Uno.Extensions.Templates) Run the WPF target and navigate to the second page Back button isn't visible until you hover mouse over, and then the back button is white

Expected behavior

Back button should always be visible and be black
