[TheCatApiClient]Update Screenshots/Content: Project selected in the screenshots is not matching the created Solution structure for current Uno Apps

While reading and following the "How to consume a web API" Tutorial I recognize that the there shown Screenshots and advises are not longer fully correct matches the current Uno App structure created with the shown steps.

Shown in the guide is a multi Plattform targeting project while the "Uno App" Template, shown to select in Step 2 there is creating this current normal Uno App struct:

once I got familiar with it, would try to update in PR if no one else did found time untill then, but not sure if there also changed anything else I did not see, so would need someone to review then.
