[AndroidXBind][Wasm] Cant load and see the screen for wasm

I just tried to run the AndroidXBind but unfortunately i wasnt able to run for wasm at the same time

It was taking forever for the screen to get loaded. There were no error message also during the build time.

How to reproduce:- Unzip the file given below Try to run the app with Wasm as debugging target. It will take forever , and show nothing on screen.

VS version:- 17.9.4
