Add sample for `DisplayInformation`

What would you like to be added:

Uno Gallery sample page for DisplayInformation.

Why is this needed:

Test whether the code in https://github.com/unoplatform/uno/pull/10042, as well as other APIs in DisplayInformation, actually works.

For which Platform:

  • [x] iOS
  • [x] Android
  • [x] WebAssembly
  • [ ] WebAssembly Renderers for Xamarin.Forms
  • [x] Windows

Anything else we need to know?
