[WASM][StandardBottomSheet] Sheet Header has no animation and covers side NavigationView

Current behavior

Expected behavior

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

1. Launch app
2. Navigate to StandardBottomSheet
3. Click Sheet Header
4. Notice that there is no animation, no option to drag the Sheet Header, and that the NavigationView is partially covered
