remove/add option to remove red notification for unread emails

Red color is messing with people concentration (you need to click it until it goes away). IMHO it shouldn't be even used by defult, but at least offer an option to disable it. I don't read all emails and cant stand the red notification.

Thanks for the feedback, we are working on a settings panel, I will add the notification to the roadmap
