[cacher]: feature request: avoid trying update unmanaged templates aka windows or not debian/fedora

Hi, before all - compliments for Your fantastic idea. I'd like to ask if possible to try and avoid - during cacher salt task - updating unmanaged templates, aka windows or everithing else that doesn't is debian or fedora (i.e.: failed to upgrade all template not using dnf but yum). So may be, there's a way to check if salt.dnf or salt.dpkg -something exist, before adding it to "upgrade" task? If You think it may be usefull, I can attach also a yum update log.
