Notes - disposable qubes - send 'root' volume writes to tmpfs

Make new:root read-only, redirecting 'root' volume writes to the 'volatile' volume (which is in the 'newer' tmpfs pool, whereas the 'root' volume snapshot is in the pool of debian-11).
