"Credit Card Details" required to update "Name" on web app

If a person wants to update their Name in the Account Settings they also have to enter in a credit card.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on 'Name'
3. Enter a new name in the field
4. Click on the 'submit' button

Expected behavior A person should be able to update their name in account settings without having to enter credit card information.
