Static numbers vs dynamic updates
Describe the bug On the main website of Unlock is a snapshot of the current numbers. Either they are static by nature or they are broken and do not update from the main dashboard. Either way it needs fixing :)
Here is a screenshot - https://unlock-protocol.com/:
To Reproduce Nothing just go to the website and if you compare it with the State of Unlock dashboard the numbers do not relate.
Expected behavior It updates automatically and in relation to https://unlock-protocol.com/state
Screenshots See above!
Desktop (please complete the following information): Same for everyone, as I believe this it not yet a dynamic dashboard?
Smartphone (please complete the following information): Same for everyone, as I believe this it not yet a dynamic dashboard?
Additional context We discovered this due to the collaboration with NinjaPromo as they put a video together using the outdated stats.
Good one! I think this should be a bounty!
Hi @julien51 I'll like to work on this one,
Hi there. I want to work on this one. I've been working with TypeScript for quite some time now, and most recently got involved with Solidity. Should this only show the updated metrics taken from /state? Or would it be ok to add some increasing animation for the numbers? Thanks in advance!
FullStack developer focused on User Experience and User interactions, my mayor skill is try to understand client needs and deliver clear and understable interfaces on F.E and also with B.E interactions, looking for a complete independent interactions between the client and the system. Specific skills for this issue and my approach: for starters, i think on a REST service with the same NEXTJS or nest, go or similar who asks for the different values with the unlock protocol or from web3js and return it for use on the interface. A more complex approach could be take advantage of the app scalability, and implement a realtime using Redis and some queue service like rabbitMQ or similar.
@Preshsctickz This should be pretty straightforward! Adding 200 USDC bounty if you solve in the next 2 weeks!
hi @julien51 can I take on this there is no update since 2 weeks from @Preshsctickz
@KshitijBhardwaj18 Apologies, I had already completed the work as the issue had been inactive for a while. I didn’t create the PR earlier because a PR of mine was still under review. Hope that’s okay! 🙏

@julien51, Thanks again for merging this in 🙏 I thought it was 200 USDC, maybe I’m missing something, or it might have been an oversight. Thanks anyway
