Refactor the "getting started" steps

We currently ask users to "chose" a lock on the first screen and either connect their wallet or create an unlock account. We could "split" this screen in 2 screens where the user gets a more explicit "next" button after they selected their lock. On the next screen, if they are logged in, they can continue automagically, or if they are not are prompted to connect their wallet or Unlock account.

maybe we can try "email" to convey people who are not familiar with crypto?
