Cant configure the the preview on Windows 10

I have this installed on two of my machines, the previews there work perfectly fine (and are red, which i like)

I just installed this on my third machine and the previews are blue and dont have smooth shading enabled. How do i fix this?

As far as i know the configuration commands given are only for Linux. Are there any windows commands?

Also, is there .obj support on Windows?
