[FEATURE REQUEST]: add spectator mode

Scenario: You are using remote play on a PC or MAC but you want someone in the other room to be able to spectate the remote play session. Could you expose the WebRTC stream to a port on the consuming machine so another machine on the local network could tune in via the exposed port on the primary machine so they could watch?
