Unknown users appear in the Friends panel

In the Friends panel, I see users who are not on my friends list. I verified this using the Xbox app on my phone and directly on my Xbox console — these users do not appear there. It seems Greenlight is showing people who are not actually my friends.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Greenlight.
2. Go to the Friends panel.
3. Observe users listed that are not present in your Xbox friends list.

Expected Behavior: Only actual Xbox friends should appear in the Friends panel.

Actual Behavior: Unknown users appear among my friends.
