Update Electron due to CPU/GPU leaks on latest macOS

After the latest macOS release, Electron-based apps experience CPU and GPU leaks. This issue is known and discussed here: https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/48311

Please update Electron to a stable version that addresses this problem.
