[FEATURE] Greenlight as Web Client

Describe the feature

While greenlight can enable a web GUI through the desktop GUI, you are required to install and run the GUI in order to load it. Ideally it would be nice to have a command line version of greenlight where you could launch the web server and connect to it from any other computer.

Describe the use case

The goal being to run greenlight in a container for example and then access the web gui from another device.
