Describe the bug

Unable to launch remote play; Stuck in a constant loop of "Connecting to console"

Error dialogue box says: InvalidStateError: Failed to execute 'setRemoteDescription' on 'RTCPeerConnection': The RTCPeerConnection's signalingState is 'closed'.
