Your choice of hardcoding v141_xp might be intentional, so will understand if you don't want to merge.

I'm not really sure if anyone is using XP, but I'm probably going to wait a bit longer to drop support since there's no strong motivator for it yet.

The latest two releases now have warned that XP support is likely to be dropped, so I'll probably merge this before next release.
