Is it possible to write multichat on the basis of this plugin?

Funny, but you are the only ones using POPOUT_WINDOW_OPEN. Is it possible to write such a plugin that will create a dozen different windows with chats?

Could you do that? I'm even ready to give you a couple of glasses of coffee. I do dnd and sometimes I have to sit in dozens of private messages at the same time... It's completely inconvenient to do this through a browser.
