Issue Summary
When using the API delete dialog, the form fields are not resetting after reopening the dialog. Their state persists even after closing and reopening the dialog.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Dashbaord -> APIs -> Select anyone API -> API Settings -> Click on Delete API
- Open the Delete API dialog.
- Enter some data in the input fields.
- Close the dialog.
- Reopen the dialog.
- Check that input fields retain the values entered in the previously.
Expected behavior
Upon reopening the delete dialog, the input fields should be reset to their default state. The previous input values should not persist after the dialog is closed.

The input fields retain the values entered in the previously.
Expected Result:
The input fields should be reset to their default (empty) state upon reopening the dialog.
