Surrealdb driver

surrealdb look pretty promessing and i widh to get help get a driver for it ( it still newdb ) no much documentation about it

Just to give an update on this: Considering the work of the SurrealDB team on the new SurrealKV and the proposal for a db0 integration in #400 (where SurrealDB is currently planned to be supported inside db0), I would suggest to rename this to SurrealKV driver
