[feature] Can a cache clearing interface be added?

Describe the feature

Due to the long cache duration of ungh, after I released a new version on GitHub Releases, the version number displayed by ungh searches is still the old one. It would be beneficial to have an interface or method to clear the cache, ensuring that the most recent release information is accurately reflected in search results.

Since currently we rely on single token and there is no protection mechanism, this can be easily abused.

I think we can extend #5 idea to allow adding tokens specific to an org with less rate limits.
